Vancouver Centre II
Overview
Vancouver Centre II is currently the largest, most ambitious office tower development in Vancouver's downtown core. "Designed to exceed the expectations of today's globally connected businesses", it is both progressive and unique in every way. Developing a website that could convey this was the goal of the project.
With some kick-ass brand identity and general design direction provided by Letterbox Creative, and renderings by Vividus, we worked directly with the marketing team at GWL Realty Advisors to design and develop a website to showcase the impressive plans for and features of this new office space project.

Showcasing an office tower with digital technology
Three large Canadian institutional investors linked with developer GWL Realty Advisors on the speculative build of a new 33-storey office tower in downtown Vancouver - Canada’s second-tightest office market. This website is but one of the ways the team are showcasing their plans. The site includes many stunning visuals, among them 3-D renderings of office test fits, building exteriors and profiles, and a virtual 3-D video - digital assets created by the talented team at Vividus.
The power of content panels. Putting Craft CMS to work for VCII.
Through the CMS, hotspots can easily be added to a building profile rendering.
